Strawberry Water

This stunning property is one of the jewels of the coast, a large detached home originating in the 17th century in a quiet tranquil valley close to the coast and beach. With plenty of history and charm, it has now been completely renovated to a high standard and style to make for a top self catering property in Devon. Among mature gardens of nearly three acres there is plenty of room for everyone.
It feels like Jules Verne once lived here, a little French, a little Victorian and a little nautical. It is sumptuous, quirky, romantic and fun. Sleeping up to 18 in three distinct properties, the property is ideal for a large group or family gathering and as such we book peak periods for the entire home with off season availability for the separate properties or two together. The Main House and Dungeon House can be joined by opening a secret bookcase door.

Park View

A fun and comfortable bungalow with garden and no neighbours a few minutes drive from the Coast. Park View has been renovated in chic rock ‘n’roll style. Play some old dance records on the player, make a cocktail on the navy bar and enjoy the 1950’s kitchen with all modern conveniences. Sleeping up to 6 with two double bedrooms and a children’s bunk room Park View is a great destination for two couples or a family. The house is situated near the village of Kilkhampton (1.5 miles) and a 5 minute drive to the coast.

“We had a wonderful time staying at the 1950’s Bungalow. It has everything you need for a trip away. The house is very well decorated, we really enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen, the outlook and restful nature of the area. Lee gave us great tips for good pubs and restaurants and where to find some good local surf. I would highly recommend staying here and will be sure to return.”Helga 2014
