Situated on a quiet lane not far from the Atlantic Highway. Surrounded by farmland with a nearby lane to Duckpool the closest beach. The nearest village is Kilkhampton, 3 miles with small stores, fish and chips, takeaway, and two pubs. Within a ten minute drive are two country pubs both serving quality meals, and an award winning tea house close to the cliffs at Morwenstow. Several beaches are near, and whether you want secluded, quiet and elemental or open sandy and lifeguarded there is something for everyone within a few minutes.
Open moorland, ancient woodlands and quaint villages make for some interesting walks and visits in the nearby area. For a taste of all three head to Hartland and take the old coach track through the woods to the Abbey, and cliff beyond at Blackpool mill.
